By accessing Caz Legal AI, creating an account, connecting a cloud account, uploading documents or using AI features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nature of service
Caz Legal AI is a legal technology and AI-assisted operating system for lawyers, law firms, legal teams, law colleges and authorised client users.
Professional review
AI-generated content is provided for drafting, research and workflow support. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice, professional judgment or final legal review.
User responsibilities
Users must maintain accurate account details, protect credentials, access only authorised information and ensure they have the authority to upload or process client, matter or third-party documents.
Workspace access
Workspace administrators are responsible for user roles, matter access, client sharing, security settings and internal review of sensitive information.
Documents and integrations
Users may upload documents, import selected Google Drive files, generate PDF/Word outputs and optionally save generated documents to a connected Google Drive account.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malicious content, infringement, harassment, fraudulent filings or attempts to bypass security.
Fees and subscriptions
Certain features may be subject to subscription fees, plan limits, usage charges or third-party costs. Commercial terms may be set out in invoices, order forms or written arrangements.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be improved, modified, paused or discontinued for operational, security or legal reasons.
Confidentiality
Workspace data and legal documents are treated as confidential. Users must also protect client information, matter tokens, secure links, passwords and OTP access.
Intellectual property
Caz Legal AI software, branding, templates, workflows, user interface and documentation are owned by or licensed to Caz Brain. Users retain responsibility for their uploaded matter data and documents.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caz Brain is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Users remain responsible for professional verification and final use of legal outputs.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach, security risk, non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity or legal requirement.
