Purpose
This policy explains how Caz Legal AI handles deletion, correction, access and disconnection requests for account data, workspace data, legal documents, AI-ingested files and Google Drive integration data.
Who can request deletion
Registered users may request deletion of their own account data. Workspace administrators may request deletion of workspace records, users, documents or integrations subject to verification and applicable obligations.
How to submit a request
Send deletion or data rights requests to cazbraingroup@gmail.com with your registered email, workspace name, request type and details of the account, matter, document or integration involved.
Google Drive disconnection
Users can disconnect or change Google Drive from the integrations area. After disconnection, Caz Legal AI will stop using that Drive connection for future export or import actions unless reconnected.
Imported Drive files
When a selected Google Drive file is imported into Matter Documents, it may be copied into Caz Legal AI storage and processed for AI ingest. Deleting the original Drive file does not automatically delete the copied Matter Document.
Matter documents and AI ingest
When a Matter Document is deleted, associated stored files, document records, AI chunks, extracted fields or processing outputs may be removed or deactivated where technically and legally available.
Data we may retain
Some data may be retained for legal compliance, billing, tax records, dispute resolution, security logs, fraud prevention, audit trails, backups or legitimate business administration.
Verification
We may verify identity, role and authority before acting on deletion requests to prevent unauthorised deletion of legal records or client data.
